To permanently delete your GM Assistant account and the data associated with it:

1. Sign in at gmassistant.app.
2. Open the account menu in the top right corner and select Account Settings.
3. Select Delete Account and confirm.

If you cannot sign in, email us at support@gmassistant.app from the email address on your account and we will delete the account for you.

When your account is deleted:

• Audio recordings are never kept after processing. Each recording is deleted as soon as transcription completes, so there is nothing further to remove.
• Transcripts, summaries, campaigns, and account information are permanently deleted, including from backups, within 90 days.
• Application and authentication logs are kept for up to 90 days, then deleted.
• Financial and transaction records are kept for up to 7 years to meet tax and accounting legal obligations.
